Terms and Conditions of Studio Rental
1. BOOKING AND RESERVATION
1.1. For first-time clients, please call the studio owner, Joey Martinez, at (469) 658-2499 for studio policy orientation.

1.2. Reservations will be confirmed after receipt of payment and agreement to this Terms and Conditions.
1.3. To reserve your desired time slot, payment has to be made in full. Please note that payments are non-refundable. We ONLY accept digital payments made thru Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. ​​​

2. STUDIO RENTAL INCLUSIONS
2.1. Use of one studio probe, use of backdrops, and use of chairs.

2.2. Throne chairs, cakes, and flowers are available to use for an additional rental fee.
​
3. STUDIO USAGE
3.1. For the duration of the time slot you reserved, you will have access to the studio, the backdrops, and the props. You can also use the dressing room, the bathroom, and the prep area. The start time and end time will be strictly followed to the minute to make way for other scheduled shoots. You will be charged for another full hour if you stay 10 minutes past your session time.

3.2. Only models and authorized photographers are allowed to enter. We want to avoid crowding the studio so please keep the extra guests at a maximum of 2.

3.3. Everyone, except the models, needs to wear disposable shoe cover inside the studio.

3.4. Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the studio unless they will be part of the photo shoot. While inside the studio, the children must be carefully supervised.

3.5. It is your responsibility to leave the studio clean and in order at the end of your session to get it ready for the next renter. A $25 fee will be imposed if the studio is left a mess after your session.
3.5.1. Real flowers, liquids, and smash cakes are not allowed inside the studio.
3.5.2. Clear plastic must be used on white backdrops at all times.
3.5.3. Backdrops must not be folded.
3. DEALING WITH DAMAGES
3.1. Under no circumstances should food, drinks, makeups, or anything that can cause stains and tear can come in contact with the backdrops, props, equipment, and studio space in general. You will be held responsible and be asked to pay for damages incurred.

3.2. Any damages to the backdrops, props, equipment, fixtures, and the studio space in general due to improper handling of the items will be charged to you.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1. Renters are responsible for their crew, clients, and guests during the rental period.
​
4.2. We will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by your party, arising out of or in connection with the use of the studio premises or any equipment provided.
​
4.3. We will not be held responsible for any items left behind. Collect all your belongings before you leave the studio.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
5.1. Rescheduling will not be accommodated 48 hours before the booked time slot.

5.2. We operate on a non-refund policy, therefore a cancellation will be converted into credit.
​
6. CANCELLATION BY MANAGEMENT
6.1. Ambishen Studio reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion for any reason at any time prior to the rental period. If this happens, we shall issue a full refund.

By booking with us, you understand and agree to our Studio Rental Terms and Conditions. Not following them could lead to the rental agreement being canceled immediately and possible legal action for any damages.
Terms and Conditions of Photo Session
1. BOOKING AND RESERVATION
1.1. To reserve your desired slot, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. We accept digital payments made thru Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. ​​​

2. PHOTO SESSION INCLUSIONS
2.1. For $250/ hour shoot, you'll get 10 high-resolution, professionally-edited photos
For 150/ 30-minute shoot, you'll get 5 high-resolution, professionally-edited photos
2.2. Use of backdrops and use of chairs.

3. DELIVERY OF PHOTOS
3.1. 100 unedited photos will be sent 2 days after remaining balance has been paid.

3.2. Edited photos will be sent within 5 business days once selections have been submitted and will be sent via WeTransfer app.

3.3. If you want to get the edited photos sooner, you can pay the $50 rush order fee.

4. EDITING POLICY
4.1. We only edit the exposure, color, texture of skin, and imperfections on the backdrop such as wrinkles, stains, and tears.

4.2. Extra edits will be $10 per photo.
​
4.3. Special or composite edits will be $25 per photo.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
5.1. Rescheduling will not be accommodated 48 hours before the booked time slot. You'll need to pay a new deposit to book the new date.

5.2. We operate on a non-refund policy, therefore a cancellation will not be refunded.
​
6. CANCELLATION BY MANAGEMENT
6.1. Ambishen Studio reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion for any reason at any time prior to the booked schedule. If this happens, we shall issue a full refund.
