Terms and Conditions

1.  RENTAL.

1.1.  To reserve your desired time slot, payment has to be made in full. Payments are non-refundable. We can ONLY convert them as credit. We accept payment thru Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

1.2.  Included in your booked time slot are the following—access to the studio, setting up, disassembly, and cleaning up. No additional time, outside of your rental period, will be granted. In order to maximize your reserved hours, make sure your entire party arrives ready for the shoot. You may utilize the dressing room, bathroom, and prep area during your reserved time. If you stay 10 minutes past your session time, you will be charged for another full hour.

1.3.  Rescheduling will not be accommodated 48 hours before the booked time slot.

2.  STUDIO USAGE.

2.1.  Only models and photographers are allowed to enter. As much as possible, we want to avoid crowding the studio so please keep the extra guests at a maximum of 3.​

2.2.  Everyone, except the models, needs to wear disposable shoe cover inside the studio.

​

2.3.  Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the studio unless they will be part of the photo shoot. While inside the studio, the children must be carefully supervised.

2.4.  It is your responsibility to leave the studio clean at the end of your session.

3.  DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY.

​3.1.  Exercise caution when bringing food and drinks into the studio. Under no circumstances should they come in contact with the furniture or paper backdrops. Any damages caused to the studio space, furnishings, props, equipment, or fixtures during the rental period will be your financial responsibility.

​​ 3.2.  Tidy up as you go including removal of all spills, smudges, and other markings from surfaces, walls, and cabinets. Return all studio items to their places. If the studio left uncleaned after your session, a $20 fee will be imposed.

4.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

4.1.  We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by your party, arising out of or in connection with the use of the studio premises or any equipment provided.

4.2.  Collect all your belongings before you leave. We will not be held responsible for any items left behind.

5.  CANCELLATION BY AMBISHEN STUDIO.

5.1.  Ambishen Studio reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion for any reason at any time prior to the rental period. In such an event, we shall issue a full refund.

By signing this agreement, you confirm you understand and agree to follow all the terms and conditions. Not following these terms could lead to the rental agreement being canceled right away and possible legal action for any damages.
